How can I make an appointment?
Visit our website or contact us to get booked in.
What happens when its bad weather?
Heavy rain, wind and snow will prevent us from valeting your vehicle. If it is increasingly likely the weather will be bad, we will contact you at the earliest notice to reschedule.
How long does a valet take?
Its hard to say, it all depends on your car model, and the service you have chose. A mini valet could be up to 1hr while a deep clean can be up to 6hrs.
Why should I get my car valeted?
Getting your car professionally valeted helps maintain its appearance and protects its value by removing dirt, grime, and stains that can cause long-term damage. A clean, well-cared-for vehicle not only looks great but also creates a more comfortable and hygienic driving experience.
Do I leave the keys with KD Valeting & Detailing?
We ask for your car keys for security purposes and to ensure we can access the vehicle if it's accidentally locked during the cleaning process. This helps us provide a seamless and stress-free valet service.
Do I need to empty my car before the valet?
Yes, we tell all customers to remove items as we will not be held responsible for them.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24hours before your appointment. You may be charged a cancellation fee if its less than 24hours.
Are there any restrictions on the types of vehicles you can valet?
Yes,we can not valet the following vehicles :
- Vehicles with excessive damage or hazardous conditions (e.g., mold infestations or biohazards).
- Oversized vehicles such as large motorhomes, trucks, or those exceeding standard size limits.
- Vehicles with aftermarket modifications that make access or cleaning unsafe.
